Energetics isn’t on your kibble bag!
Here's the part nobody tells you: food has an energetic of its own. That rice everyone swears by? Sweet, damp-forming, quick to spike blood sugar. The whole recipe is warm and damp - fed every single day - and you're building a damp, hot, stagnant dog. What does that look like? Heat is the panting, the thirst, the dog hunting the cool tile, the red tongue. Damp is the yeasty skin, the greasy coat, the ears that never quite clear. Stagnation is the meal that just sits there - sour breath after eating, the bloat, the prayer pose. And where heat and damp meet? That's where the hot spots flare. Sound familiar? Go back and look at that Anatolian's recipe again. The food itself was working against her the whole time - and nobody talks about it, because "energetics" isn't on the bag. Just because we can doesn't mean we should. I won't demonize grains and starches as whole foods - but they're not allowed in any diet I feed my clients. They do the exact opposite of what I'm trying to do with the body,
